The Chef Pasquale
My name is Pasquale Zinno and I am the Chef of the Neapolitan restaurant, Villa del Cedro in Mascalucia. I have lived in Sicily for many years and it is here that I decided to put down roots and bring a piece of my land: Campania. My passion for cooking stems from childhood, when I had fun cooking and preparing dishes for friends and family. In the course of the years, this has become a real philosophy of life, and it is for this reason that today I want to share this great culinary heritage with all lovers of neapolitan cuisine. I cook everything in a strictly traditional way, faithful to the classic recipes of the neapolitan cuisine, amusing myself often reworking in a modern key.
Every time I introduce a dish to my guests, I like to spice it up by its own story. In short, my kitchen is a universe made of memories, passion, history, and lots of love, the one that pushes me every day to improve myself and to always believe in my projects and small dreams.
